Course Overview

This ONLINE course is primarily hands-on in which students process video evidence, write a report, and present it in a moot court. Perfecting the CV is also featured. Class size is limited to 15 students. This 40-hour advanced level of instruction focuses on case law and relevant issues as well as advanced forensic video analysis techniques. There is considerable discussion of the legal issues surrounding the seizure and examination of digital CCTV images. Grading will be based on practicals throughout the week, a written exam, and the moot court.

Class starts each day at 10:00 ET (US).

Instruction Team includes: Alan Salmon, Jonathan Hak KC PhD, Amy Hak, and Tracy Peloquin.

Who Can Apply

Only graduates of LEVA courses Level 1, 2, and 3.

Certificate / Exam Retake Policy

LEVA will issue a certificate to each student who passes the course.

Students not seeking Certification may receive a Certificate of Attendance without taking the final course exams (written, practical and moot court).

Unless otherwise arranged with LEVA, students accepted to attend must pay the course fee by March 1, 2025. Payment options are on-line, check, wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express only).
