36th Annual LEVA Training Symposium

Students will have the opportunity to attend 40 hours of valuable forensic video training by attending the entire symposium. The training hours earned in class can be used towards the continuing education requirements of their certification(s).

Book your room: The hotel rooms identified by the hotel as “run of the house”, will be at the prevailing governmental lodging rate (which adjusts every October). Currently, it is set at $142 p/night plus fees and taxes. We will make the link available when we have it.

Hotel daily rate: If possible, please stay at our event hotel. LEVA must fill a certain number of room nights to keep our training costs affordable for you and your agency. To obtain the prevailing government rate, rooms must be booked before September 15, 2025.

Guests can book their rooms individually by calling our Reservations Department at 888-965-6542 or by using the online link below.  This online link is configured for the contracted dates only. For any pre/post requests, guests will need to contact the Reservations Department to check availability and see if the group rate can be honored.  Please note that views and bed types are not guaranteed in our discounted group blocks.

• All reservations must be accompanied by deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax at the time of booking.
• The room & Tax for all nights will be pre-paid at check in
• Early Check-outs must be confirmed at time of Check-in.  Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room & tax prepayment and not refunded
•  No-shows will be charged the cost of the entire stay to either the group master account as a cancellation fee.

Servicing Airport: The nearest major airport is Spokane Washington. The hotel does offer a shuttle service from the airport, but pick-up must be arranged in advance.

Parking: There is a charge for parking. The rate will be posted when it is confirmed.

Exhibitors: $995 for an 8×10 booth. Monday evening, October 27, and Tuesday, October 28 will be the exhibit periods. Select sponsorships will be offered to let you promote your brand throughout the event and after. Exhibitor Contract (please download and submit to execsec@leva.org). Please note that each vendor table has an additional fee of $30.00 plus 6% state tax and 22% service charge per table per day.
