35th Annual LEVA Training Symposium

Students will have the opportunity to attend 40 hours of valuable forensic video training by attending the entire symposium. The training hours earned in class can be used towards the continuing education requirements of their certification(s).

Contracted rate $165.00 (rate code – LEV) “(LEVA’s reserved block of rooms was released back to the hotel on October 4, 2024.  The hotel may honor the contracted rate if you enter the rate code but is no longer required)
Per diem rate $133.00 (rate code – LPD) (SOLD OUT)

Contracted rates and per diem rates may no longer be available after October 4 (it is up to the hotel if they honor our rates after 10/4/24)

Hotel daily rate: If possible, please stay at our event hotel. LEVA must fill a certain number of room nights to keep our training costs affordable for you and your agency. To obtain the prevailing government rate, rooms must be booked before October 4, 2024.

Wi-Fi: Included in guest rooms and meeting areas.

Parking: The hotel has a parking garage adjacent to the hotel with self-parking and valet options available. The self-parking rate is $44/day.

Symposium Tuition: For five days – $995 for LEVA members in good standing, $895 for members in good standing from the same agency, and $1095 for non-members. Tuition can be paid at the time of registration or any time prior to the starting date of the symposium.

Servicing Airport: The nearest major airport is Indianapolis International Airport (IND) located 12 miles from the hotel. While there is no shuttle between the hotel and the airport, there are shuttle services and ground transportation available at Zone A at the airport’s “Ground Transportation Center”.

Exhibitors: $995 for an 8×10 booth. Monday evening, October 28, and Tuesday, October 29 will be the exhibit periods. Select sponsorships will be offered to let you promote your brand throughout the event and after.

When Can I Register? REGISTER NOW!!! LEVA Membership is not required. *Corporate (Exhibitor) registrations will be completed via a fillable contract document for signing and submitting.
